This draft reflects what the Software actually does, verified against the codebase (telemetry.ts, crashReporter.ts, EULA §6-7). It has not been reviewed by a lawyer yet — treat it as accurate-but-unofficial until then.
Your data — spreadsheets, plots, fit results, exported figures — is processed entirely locally by the Software. Nothing about your scientific data is uploaded anywhere by AltaiPlot itself.
Only two things ever leave your machine, and only when you take the corresponding action:
Payment processing is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record — we never see or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy collects the email and name you provide at checkout to deliver your license key and process billing; seeLemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms for their handling of that data.
